The F1 swing gate operator

What we have here is the F1, which is a residential commercial hybrid. It has a weight capacity of 1,000lbs at 16ft or 1.500lbs at 12ft and it carries a 7year residential and 5 year commercial warranty. Now the F1 has our removable power supply box and loop rack which do not come on the R6. The loop rack is an external  board that provides an easy to access spot for your vehicular loop detectors.. Another thing I’d like to point out about the F1 is that it has 1/2hp DC motor. All of our operators are rated for 100% duty cycle making them great for the toughest residential or commercial application. Another advantage to our operators is that we have the best lightning protection in the industry! We been tested up to 20,000V and 10,000A so if you live in a lighting prone area you may want to consider this when making decision on what kind of operator you are going to get.
